  1. Oh this is a very nice post I must say. I didn’t know that the Venum company made a couple of really great gloves like this one you have shared here. I will show this post to the director where I train in the gym. Maybe he’ll buy in bulk on here. Nice post and nice to me meet you.

  2. Boxing is indeed a really great sport, and so far I am usually intrigued by the shoes and gloves a boxer wears when coming to the ring to fight. There are so many other brands that have been really eye catching because of its designs, like what was used by Floyd in his fight against Connor. However the Venum brand is one I haven’t really paid attention to and from the little samples you have given, I am particularly interested in the elite glove for how its been made and most importantly its color (black) , it happens to be one of my favorites.

    1. Hi Benson, I do the same too, always love to see what shoes and gloves boxers are wearing sometimes. It tells you what is a quality product or brand if they are wearing them. I’ve noticed more and more fighters are wearing Venum gear now which shows you the quality of their gear.

I’m pretty sure Mayweather wore Grant gloves and McGregor wore Everlast from what I remember.

      Thanks again for the comment.

  3. Venum Boxing gloves seems to be on top of the line at present because of its unique design that wasn’t presented before. Color combinations are bold but professional to look at. Its designs surely expresses fearlessness.

The Venom Training Camp 2.0 is a good fit for beginners. Now, I am not an expert with materials needed to make up a good boxing gloves but I did a little research on this and Venom products are made up with good ones. Some are even hand made which is obviously much durable and neat. Thanks for sharing. Hope to read about your recommendation on good pair of boxing shoes.

  4. Hi Jamie,

Great article, I really enjoyed the reading!

My son wants to do boxing, and he just became a member of a boxing club in our area a few days ago, and so far, he loves it. So now, I am looking for proper gear. Those gloves look awesome. My son is 16 years old, which of these gloves you would suggest for this age? Does the Venum Contender Kids Boxing Gloves would fit? I really like this pair.

Thank you for this excellent post.

    1. Hi Daniella, thanks for your comment and the kind words. In terms of your son, as he is a teenager, I’d probably recommend getting one of the other gloves as they are mainly for children aged 8-14. I would go for the Elite, Impact or Contender 2.0 for him and 12-14oz. Hope this helps you!

      Thanks

      Jamie
