What is CBD oil?
For those that don’t know what CBD oil is, it’s worth having a quick overview.
CBD (Cannabidiol) is a compound which is found in Cannabis plants and can be used in variety forms including oils, edibles, capsules and vaping.
Unlike with it’s close relative marijuana, it does not have any psychoactive properties – this won’t get you high. In the U.S. CBD products cannot contain more than 0.3 percent THC currently while in the UK it is 0.1 percent. (All Naturecan products have zero THC)
CBD works with your body’s own endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for controlling hormones. It’s also associated with the immune system. Naturecan CBD range & my experience
For me Naturecan have a vast array of CBD nutrition products to choose from which might make it quite difficult to know where to start. In this Naturecan guide below I will give you some of the Naturecan CBD products I have personally used along with some other brilliant options you can consider.
Naturecan CBD oil tincture
Now probably one the main products most will be looking at by Naturecan is the CBD Oil broad-spectrum cannabidiol (CBD) Tincture which also has absolutely zero THC content.
Naturecan are clearly aware that people are unsure how much CBD content they should start with and have ranged their products from 2.5% to 40% depending how much you want. The higher you go the more costly the CBD will be and I would recommend it for any beginner on CBD starting on 15% or less as you start to get more familiar with it.
I started with 10% personally and I recommend taking 5-10 drops per use under the tongue, but would go lower than that if you would like the oil to last you longer. If you do get a higher CBD content you might not need as much of that. Please remember – a drop is not the entire pipette, but a single droplet of liquid. In terms of the taste there was hardly any which was ideal if adding to your tea or coffee in the morning. It is also small enough to carry with you around as you go about your day and is simple and easy to use.
Because broad-spectrum CBD contains multiple cannabinoids, the compounds work together to produce an ‘entourage effect’. This means each active component, including all-natural plant terpenes, combine to boost the oil’s natural properties.
With extensive third-party lab testing, and certified ingredients, and CBD concentration level will give you quality everyday oil that meets your needs.
Naturecan Protein balls
This is a brilliant post-workout snack that is completely full of protein which will help support muscle growth. Each protein ball is packed with fruits and nuts with a slight chocolate and maple syrup taste to it making it delicious options to consider.
Even better, these protein balls are infused with 25mg of CBD meaning you can get your daily dosage with just one of these. A great option if you are on the move and just want a quick snack instead of taking oil.
Naturecan Chocolate Cookies
This probably has to be one of my favorite edibles created by Naturecan and makes it an ideal treat for chocolate and biscuit lovers! Better still it has been made with infused CBD with 25mg per cookie. This a really is an effective way to get your daily dose of CBD and are also good source of protein. It makes a tasty post-gym snack if you are craving some chocolate.

Naturecan lip balm
Just like with any lip balm, it’s useful to use if you plan on going out on run or walk which will keep your lips form getting dry. I also like to use their lip balm just before bed to reduce dry lips during the night while I sleep.
Naturecan multi balm
CBD creams balms and topicals have really been a game changer for me personally and Naturecan multi balm is one of the best I have used so far. Naturecan’s multi balm has anti-inflammatory properties with a topical you can apply directly to areas of irritation or muscle injury. It also has really nice smell of lemon and ginger.
They also have a CBD Muscle Balm which is ideal for targeting localised aches and pains – available in cooling Menthol and warming Chilli to help keep you active and I will 100% be trying this out in my next order with them.
Other Naturecan products to consider
As mentioned earlier they have a huge amount of product options to choose from that could leave you scratching your head on where to start. But some other products I like the look of include CBD capsules, CBD Gummies or CBD Whey protein.

Final thoughts
Naturecan are without one of the most versatile CBD companies out there and I can only expect them to grow their product range and improve what they have on offer. Hopefully they will be able to have some flavoured CBD oil in near feature, but with the vast range they have on offer you won’t be left disappointed!
