Muscle Food’s ‘Do The Unthinkable’ Review – Is It Worth It?

Muscle Food Do The Unthinkable Review

Let’s not lie to ourselves, getting in shape can be one of the hardest things anyone can do. I take discipline, focus and even sacrifice. You can also go to the gym and stick to a routine that works for you up to a point, but it’s usually our diet on top of your exercise routine where usually many fall and lose out on the body result we all desire so much.

We all live very busy lifestyles in today and having to plan around our work and personal schedule can make it incredibly hard for us to pick three nutritional healthy meals a day + snacks to help you get in shape.

Luckily those days could be over you now as Muscle Food have come up with their Do The Unthinkable program which create and send you nutritional meals to make it easier for you to get in shape, lose weight or enjoy healthy food without you having to worry!

What is the Do The Unthinkable programme?

The ‘Do The Unthinkable’ is a 12 week nutritional and fitness program created by Muscle Food, with the main aim to get you in shape, lose weight or get ripped. The program aims to get you in the best shape of your life by setting up a nutritional healthy meal plan which has over 60 meal options for you to choose from. Once you select these, Muscle Food will start to deliver these meals weekly to your doorstep. On top of this, the program also provides some additional extras that make it and exciting proposition for anyone looking to have a healthy lifestyle.

They give you access to a private online community group through their Facebook Group to provide you with extra motivation and support. You will also get access to Muscle Food’s very own Personal Trainers and Nutritionists who will give you expert tips and advice, along with a weekly Q&A.

Finally, you can sign up and access an optional fitness program with a library of online workouts to choose from to help supercharge your new healthy lifestyle.

This is a 12-week subscription program, but Muscle Food clearly states you can cancel at anytime if you are not happy.

So how exactly does it work?

Muscle Food have made the process extremely simple by getting you to participate their quiz asking the following:

  • What your body type and fitness goals are?
  • Choosing between male and female
  • Weight and height
  • Your exercise activity

Once you have specified your details it gets onto the exciting part! Choosing your meal plan!

You have 3 choices of meal plans to choose from 5, 6 or 7 days. Meals are then sent weekly to your doorstep freshly and you also have the ability to change your meal choices 48 hours before delivery.

The most popular option is the 6-day plan which breaks down as follows:

  • 36 meal times
  • 6x Breakfast
  • 6x Lunch
  • 6x Dinner
  • 36 x Snacks
  • Plus £314 of extras FREE

A pretty decent deal which sorts out all your meals without you having to worry about creating them yourself. Here is plan below of which I created for my weekly food plan to give you an idea of the picking process:
