Hello Jamie, I must say that this article is very helpful and informative. That’s right, Father’s day is close and that is the right time to make our Dad’s happy. Boxing keyring is my favorite one from your list and my father enjoys little things. He is not a boxer but he is definitely a big fan of it!

Hi Jamie

I always find it tough buying for my dad but you’ve given me some great ideas here, probably narrowed it down to the “Once We Were Giants” book as he really enjoys reading about historical figures or the “Desktop Boxing Kit”, love that it comes with a book on finger boxing moves.

Thanks for the ideas.

Great article Jamie. I was thinking of ideas for father’s day and was planning to buy the same old card and Polo T when I came across your article. Boxing gifts would definitely be a welcome (and far superior change). My dad loved watching the game although I don’t think he ever boxed.

I’m absolutely going for the Once There Were Giants + Rocky Combo.

While my old man is too old to pick up gloves at this age … I’m sending this article to my wife – hopefully I get the gloves 😉

Thanks

I’m a fan of our very own Manny Pacquiao but whenever I praise the boxer, my uncle who’s now in his 70’s will protest that it is not Manny that’s the best fighter but Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard. He always say that with speed, Sugar Ray punch faster and his foot works are a bit smarter than Manny. Maybe I need to buy some videos to watch, like the one from Muhammad Ali, in order to prove what he’s saying.

Hi Gomer, Manny Pacquiao is a legend of boxing in my eyes and will be considered one of the best ever no doubt. Your uncle does have a point about Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard to fair! Sometime it’s just a matter opinion. I’m sure your uncle would like the Ali films or Four Kings as a gift being a big fan after all!

Thanks for the comment!
